Love's not that easy This time you're gonna, gonna have to play my way Come on make my day Get up, stand tall Put your back up against the wall 'Cause my love is dangerous This is a bust -"White Heat" by Madonna (True Blue, 1986) I felt like drawing a picture of Madonna. I noticed that I didn't really have any straight pencil portraits of her in my gallery, and that made me sad.  So I worked for a few hours on this. Most of the work went into trying to get her face shape right, and it turns out that I fucked her jaw up when I got around to shading it. All that work for nothing! Tsk tsk.Anyway, so this is my favorite Mo. I LOVE the look she had and the music she produced in the "True Blue" era. Damn. Good stuff. Streaky. Sorry about that. It's not quite as obvious on the original, but I gave up trying to make it look...not...streaky. I was getting tired. Meh. And I didn't want to take a break because I'm a psycho. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. Yeah, it's kinda cool. I probably won't draw anymore when I go back to Vancouver, or very little if I do. Being in Goldendale makes me bored enough to do art thingggs.
